We typically need 3-5 business days to create and ship your card. For rush orders, we offer expedited processing. Just make sure to place your order with enough time for delivery before the birthday!
Can I see the card before it's sent?
Yes! We can send you a preview of the card before we ship it. Just let us know in the order notes, and we'll email you a photo for approval.
What if the card doesn't arrive on time?
We take delivery dates very seriously. If your card doesn't arrive on time due to our error, we'll refund your order and send a replacement card at no charge.
Can I customize the humor level?
